Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it without any defect to its packaging. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received product with packaging defect, please raise request immediately for exchange.
It is required that you are not accepting damaged packages when received from courier company so that we can claim insurance on it. We won’t be able to claim for it if you have accepted the shipment and we will not be able to provide any return/refund or exchange.
It is also required and highly recommended for you to do an unboxing video while opening the package to make sure that product was not damaged due to courier company fault and we are able to easily fix it for you. If there is no proper unboxing video, your claim will be rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Electronic products don’t carry warranty but can be replaced if received defective. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Color and model of products are sent based on availability.

Since orders are processed immediately, they cannot be cancelled once order is placed. However, once the product is received, it can be opted under return policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, warehouse or courier company hub directly as it may result in lost of goods.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund or credit will be processed within 5 working days.
Cod & online payments are refundable as a credit note. Courier and restocking charges of Rs.100 per 0.5kg volumetric weight applicable.

Since orders are processed immediately, they cannot be cancelled however it can be opted under regular return policy. However, in certain cases where cancellation is done, a fee equivalent to marketing expenses, processing and courier expenses will be deducted in final payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items on deals cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Within how many days will I get the product?
In less than 7-9 working days you will get the product. Once you place the order, our vendor start working on your order immediately and prepare for dispatch. After safe packaging, our vendors will drop the goods to top courier companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, ATS etc.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
YES, we do. But also depends on your pincode if courier companies are able to provide Cash on delivery option in your area.
